New Bar Snacks & After Work Drinks | 6 April
In the heart of Marina Bay, The Spot offers a relaxed setting for after work drinks in Singapore’s CBD. Whether it’s a quick catch up or an evening that stretches a little longer, the experience is built around good drinks and bar snacks designed for sharing.
Our latest bar snacks menu introduces a line up of bold, flavour driven plates that pair effortlessly with cocktails, wines and beers. From glazed beef tacos lifted with salsa criolla and horseradish yoghurt, to crispy flatbread layered with gochujang, Chinese sausage jam and a runny egg, each dish brings a balance of texture and depth to the table.
Lighter bites such as tempura silver fish with wasabi mayo sit alongside richer options like Spanish crispy pig ears, smoky, crunchy and made for sharing. These are plates designed to move with your drinks, keeping the table engaged from the first round to the next.

If you’re stepping out for lunch in the CBD, make it worth the hour.
A new lunch set has landed this April at The Spot, Marina One. Contemporary European cooking meets Southeast Asian influences, moving from lighter plates to more satisfying mains, finished with desserts worth staying for, all without slowing you down.
Start light with Hamachi Crudo, bright with passionfruit and fennel, or Mushroom & Dark Chocolate Soup layered with kombu cream.
For something more robust, Garlic-Grilled Prawns with laksa foam bring a bold, local edge, while Creamy Pappardelle Pasta with Chinese ham and confit yolk offers a rich, comforting option.
For mains, 48 hour Angus Short Ribs deliver depth and flavour, alongside Herb Grilled Venison Loin with celeriac and sansho pepper jus. Desserts round things off with contrast, something light and tropical with Coconut & Mango, or something more layered and indulgent with matcha, sesame and white chocolate.

A Taste of Japan, A Toss of Fortune
Celebrate Chinese New Year with our Sashimi & Fruits Prosperity Toss at The Spot, Marina One. Showcasing premium Japanese ingredients, this festive Yusheng is created in collaboration with JETRO, JFOODO and the Embassy of Japan to mark 60 years of Japan–Singapore trade relations.
This vibrant Yusheng features a premium selection of Japanese sashimi, including hamachi, Hokkaido scallop, and Japanese sea bream (Tai), a fish traditionally enjoyed in Japan during festive celebrations for good fortune. Seasonal fruits like strawberry, mandarin and honeydew adds a refreshing lift, while crisp pickled young ginger, cucumber, and daikon provide crunch and brightness. A touch of kombu seaweed brings subtle umami depth. Each toss delivers a lively balance of sweet, savoury, and fresh flavours—bringing together Japanese quality and festive tradition in a modern Lunar New Year celebration. This season, we introduce shochu into our cocktail line-up with two limited-time drinks available from 11 November to 11 December 2025.
Lychee Blossom
A playful twist on the classic lychee martini, featuring Unicorn Colour Shochu, St-Germain elderflower, yuzu juice and lychee. Light, floral and fruit-forward with a clean finish.
Ginger Mark
A warm, spirit-forward blend of Kazamizu Ginger Shochu, Maker’s Mark bourbon and lemongrass. Earthy, spiced and perfectly balanced for the cooler season.
